What an amazing milestone!!  Congratulatons!  I started with a 5k on Monther's Day, thought I was never going to make it to the end, and cried when I did.  But now I'm hooked!  I just ran my 5th one on the 23rd of Oct.  Here's to onward and upward - keep up the good work!!

Well the week is half way over and I am home and back to normal lol.

Breakfast - egg & Cheese
snack Greek yogurt w/ sf peach
lunch - chili
snack protein bar or oatmeal _ Depends on what is left in desk at work
dinner - the chicken I was going to cook last night turned into Fish  lol
If I need it I have apples or grapes for snack tonight.

Hi Sookie...

Wow, it has been a challenge for me to post lately...but here goes.

Breakfast:  1 cup granola and 8 ounces simply smart milk

Lunch:  4 ounces tuna with 3 tbsp Light miracle whip and 10 flatbread crisp crackers

Dinner:  Not too sure right now, but I am thinking!!

I forgot my yogurt today, so if I need a snack it will have to be my apple and peanut butter.

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH HELL.....KEEP GOING!!

I am on my way home so today has been a weird meal day, but not too bad considering

Breakfast - Protein Bar
Lunch - Chili - Wendy's style
snack - Greek Yogurt when I get home
dinner - no clue what is left in the house but most likely chicken & Veggies
snack if needed (depending on what time I get home) some fruit & yogurt

I'm going to go for 1200 minutes this month.  I had a terrible October and am hoping that I can turn it around for November.

Hi Tina, I too have gained back 38 lbs in the last year. Partly from bad choices and the other half from Rx that cause weight gain. I'm trying to get back to basics, doing 20 grams of protein ( sometimes more) per meal, 8 glasses of water and getting back to exercising for 30 minutes each day.  I have been this for the last week and I am down 4 lbs. Greek yogurt and Go Lean Kashi are my breakfast & lunch and then I do an animal protein, usually chicken & veggies at dinner and fruits as my two snacks.  It's a struggle but we are not alone in this and we can get back on track...Oh and I'm 6.5+ yrs out from RNY and hope to be back to my goal by surgery date in January.

Ditto on the 'back to basics.' Beating yourself up isn't going to do you any good either.  Draw the line in the sand & reset your resolve.  The support groups are definately a good resource & remind you that you are not alone.  I have also heard a lot of people talk about the 5 day pouch test to get back in touch with your pouch & the small amounts we should be eating.  Supposedly kind of works as a reboot.
