Well somewhere I missed a week
so for last week, I had another 35 miles.
I am walking quite a bit while I am down at training.
so hope all is well.

I'm going to hold strong at 1200. I hope to beat it pretty good but again, don't want to discourage myself either which I have been doing a lot of lately (just ask my poor hubs!)

Holy crap Bama you kicked butt this month!! I wish I has that kind of activity time. I feel like such a slacker lately! (yet, look at me pull things around
)
Last week between walking at lunch, a few trips to the gym, dodge ball and I got in 390 minutes for a monthly total of 1360. Still reached my goal but still pretty lame compared to summer. I really need to find stuff to keep me active on weekends; I think that's where I'm losing a lot of my time. Granted I know I'm not going to have the 5 hour hikes I did but still, there has to be something... any suggestions?

hey there,
I get my vitamins and supplements at either Wal-Mart, Vitamin Shoppe or Trader Joe's....
Wall-Mart mostly because they have good prices but I like TJ's for my B-12 sublingual and my vitamin D's both are small and easy to take...
Hope this helps...Laurie

So I have upped my monthly goal to 1600. I know I can do it....I have my cruise coming up, so I am exercising to try and lose a bit more before then. I am starting my three series Synvisc shots for my knee, but I am hoping that won't hold me back too much.

Topic: RE: Monday's Plan
Hey Pokes....good job on the candy! I definately struggled with having it in the house last night. The Twix bars were calling my name! I only had one, and a packet of m & m's but again, much better than in years past. I sent all the left over candy with hubby....ran out last year, and had all of 2 kids this year!
So plan for today.
Breakfast: 1 cup granola with8 ounces simply smart milk
Lunch: Home made spaghetti sauce with parmesan cheese and a small amount of pasta
Dinner: Hummmm not sure. I am cooking, I think!
I also have yogurt and an apple and peanut butter for snack if needed.
Not going to the gym tonight. Grocery shopping, and then have to stop at a client's house.
Hope all had a great Halloween, and welcome to November.

Monday... booo!!! Made it through the weekend despite the plethora of candy running around. Ill admit I did have a piece or 2 but compared to other years its much improved :)
On to the plan:
Breakfast: Cottage cheese w grapes and almonds
Lunch: Shepard's Pie
Dinner: Chicken with veg
Dessert: 100 cal pack grasshopper cookies
Going to try to get the walk in today at lunch... starting to get cold so Ill have to really make myself go. No gym today as its Pizza day (lame) so maybe ill go home and rake a little.... again, going to have to fight the cold for that one. (I'm such a baby when it comes to the cold now!!)

where do you guys get your calcium citrate and multivitamins? locally or online? What brands do you use? I just discovered I've been taking calcium carbonate not citrate so I need new stuff. Thanks!
