Sookie I'm so sorry to hear about your friend; that is entirely too young to go!
I'm impressed with the one donut stress eating. I'm sure you don't like doing it, but keeping it to that I'm sure is a huge change to what it used to be!

So plan time. Things have been up and down with me as of late, I'm stuck going up and down the same 3lbs and getting very frustrated. I know I should be glad its only 3lbs but now its really starting to irk me!

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese w 100 cal pack almonds
Lunch: chili with low fat cheese
Dinner: Chicken and veggie.

I'm going to lunch walk all week too since its going to be nice. I have found that my hour loop is taking be about 55 minutes now which is nice; but I need to figure out where to add 5 minutes!

Sookie, I am so sorry to hear about your friend.  That is way too early for anyone to leave family and friends.  Know that I am thinking about you today.  You did excellent to only eat one donut!!  Not bad at all.

It is time for me to back to basics, and pay attention.  Been slacking way too much lately.  So here goes!

Breakfast:  Shake with Simply Smart milk and crystal light orange.

Lunch:  left over goulash (aka garbage stew!) with some low fat cheese to add a bit more protein.  10 grapes.

Dinner:  Chicken and dumplings (low fat New recipe!!) some kind of veggie.

I also have an apple and pure protein bar if needed.

Hi all,

Well I hope everyone stayed warm and dry last week. What a crazy week for me.  Between work and the leak in my basement, my gym and Jazz time took a hit.  Thank goodness for my home treadmill and resistance bands!!!  Saturday my hubby, daughter, son, and a couple of friends spent 6 none stop hours cutting, hauling, and loading wood for camp,  It was an unbelievable workout!!!  We also spent 5 non stop hours splitting and stacking it yesterday, but that is for next week!!!  So all together my time is 510 minutes for this week, with a grand total of 945 for the month.

OK the weekend went well until yesterday afternoon when we got a call that a friend of ours at 49 had a Brain aneurysm and it is going to leave us way to early.  So I need to confess I ate a cake donut yesterday.  I know it could have been worse, but this is my first stress eating I have done.

OK now on with today's plan

Breakfast - Egg & cheese
Lunch - most likely weight control oatmeal for that is what I have at my desk (7g protein)
Dinner beef stew in the crock pot already
snack protein bar
snack Greek yogurt w/ sf peach spread

Hug the ones you love for tomorrow is not promised to anyone!

I'm up to 540 for the month.  I've just been totaling stuff day by day, didn't really pay attention to the week by week thing.  Luckily we went to the Sandwich Fair last weekend, and it has been great walking weather except for today!

I don't know if I actually have much of a 'plan' but at least this is how things are going to go down today ;)

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese w almonds
Lunch: Chili w low fat cheese
Snack/Dinner: Its Date night (NO KID!!) so we are going to movies and dinner. Might do the popcorn thing at the movies (no salt or butter to cover both of us ;) ) and who knows for dinner. Time to research places to go and what they have!

Its gonna be a long weekend with LOTS to do, but I am doing the Making Strides walk in Exeter on Sunday so at least I know my activity will be there!!

Sookie: I think the rain makes it dark and gloomy so eating seems to be the thing to do... and it helps keep you warm ;)

Hopefully everyone is staying as dry as possible.

Today
breakfast egg & cheese wrap
lunch - Chicken Salad on 3 oz of salad greens
dinner Chicken and Shrimp with cheese
snack - Popcorn (not good, but I had a craving)
snack protein bar

I have cheese if needed, why when it rains do I crave more food than I need?

I feel like I have done this already!

Anyways, I got 300 last week. For some reason things are really slowing down for me..... despite walking during lunch now. I dont get it but whatever... its better than it used to be!!
