You can also mix that greek yogurt with SF jelly or a bit of your favorite crystal lite to flavor it! It is also good on those FF refried beans plain to act as sour cream. Lots of luck!

Yes, I had my abs tightened, and now that you mention it, I think that was the most painful part of the LBL. I can see where you may need 8 weeks though. Just take it easy, do what he says, and you'll be fine.
By the way, I dropped a whole size after the PS. (Of course, I'm back up two sizes since then, but I'm feeling okay. So long as I don't gain anymore, it'll be fine.) :)

Thanks Kathy. Dr. Topol told me 8 weeks recovery. Especially because of my job. I'm hoping I can go back before that, but we will see. Dr. Topol did warn me about scars. I will have the inverted T scar. I'm glad to hear your LBL wasn't too painful. Did you get muscle tightening too?

Topic: RE: Thursday's Plan - if you can call it that
Sookie, I hope hubby is okay. Please keep us in the loop. I hope it is nothing serious!
So as for my plan, well today it is completely blown out of the water!!! Not that I am eating all that badly, just been really hungry today, so I feel like I am eating way more than I should. Probably if I added it up, it would not be that bad.
I will definately post tomorrow though!

Ok, now that I'm actually post-op, I want in on this challenge! I hope I do better with it than I have with eating food! Now that I'm feeling a little better and have my second follow-up appt with the surgeon today, I want to start exercising more. I'm assuming the number we give is minutes? for the month? If so, put me down for 1000 to start. Let's see what I can do.

I'm sticking with 1400 this month. Now that fall is here, I don't know how many days I'll be able to walk into work - hopefully a lot because walking in the cool weather is better than on the really hot days. But, I just haven't felt like walking in lately - gotta lose that attitude and real fast!
Good luck everyone - hope you all have a great month!
