Topic: Wednesday Plan
Yesterday was a bust. Had a migraine all day so didn't eat and only had a little fluid. Today seems to be a bit better, but time will tell.
Here is the plan, we will see how it goes
Breakfast - egg w/cheese
lunch - Turkey & Cheese slices
dinner - meatloaf w- steamed veg
snack - greek yogurt w/ sf peach spread
Any of these may turn into a protein bar or shake if Helen (pouch) is not happy
have a great hump day all. & Welcome to fall

OK well I guess I forgot to post for week 2 not sure where the mind was lol but I had 22.5 in week 2 but last week OMG with all the walking at Foxwoods I managed a whopping 39.5 I couldn't believe we walked almost 12 miles on Saturday. It was so great Hope everyone is doing well and keep enjoying this fall weather!

Congrats on being on the losers bench! I am so happy things went well for you. I am sure after you walk some you will feel even better. I swear those beds are cause of our back pain. I am so glad things went well for you. I am at the shipyard so if you need something just drop a line here and I can scoot over after work. Hope all is well and remember to walk walk walk and sip sip sip (after your swallow test).

Topic: Starting my new journey...
Well, it's 2am and I am sitting in the hospital after having my bypass yesterday morning. All in all, the surgery went very well and now I just have back and belly pain. I didn't realize how dry my mouth was going to get! I actually couldn't close my mouth at one point. Thank God for the mouth spongy swabs. So I lost 24.5lbs pre-op and I hope to never see them again! I'm proud to be a loser! I will keep you posted on my progress!

well yesterday went well i think...back on track i think.. the wife kid and i went to the rochester fair last night and i had..... ooh yea NOTHING .... i am so proud of my self.. i had a tuna sandwich before we went so i wouldent be hungry and i did GREAT no fair food what an undertaking!!!
so for today..

lunch-tuna with 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack- greek yogurt
snack 2- pure protien bar
dinner- tuna and egg salad

Bama, I hear ya with life getting in the way of gym time!! I swear life just needs to stop sometimes!!
Last week was a little better thanks to the Day of Caring where I helped clean up the SPCA and helping my friend move but still only got in 420 making my monthly total 900.
Been walking at lunch since I have no entergy still but with the warm coming back tomorrow I hope to hit the gym for some REAL activity!
