That said, I got 580 in.
Come on out and have a blast!! www.nhssc.com Register, then follow the links to Portsmouth Recreational Dodgeball Thursday nights.
Oh Dave....for some it is going fast, for others oh sooooo slow!!! Come on weekend!
So I put some figures into myplate and found out that if I want to reach my goal for November that I have set, I can have 1,030 calories per day! Ouch. Found out I was eating between 1200 and 1500. Amazing how it creeps up on you! So getting down to business:
Breakfast: Shake with simply smart milk
Snack: Grapes and a cheese stick
Lunch: pasta and cheese (low fat!)
Dinner: Probably will be roast beef with potatos, gravy and 2 veggies (yup mother in law is cooking tonight) It is our "last meal" with them until next June so she always makes something good.
I have an oh yeah bar for snack if needed in the afternoon.
So I need to put all of that into myplate and see where I am.

I am so thankful for call ID...if I don't know the number, I silence it and then delete...
But I have to say I was the most disappointed to see Kelly Ayotte advertizing on this site, and it wasn't just the NH board I went on the main board and there she was....Aghhhhh...I can only imagine what the November elections will bring....hopefully all this will change out the old and bring in new "servants to the People" that will do what we want, not what they think we want...
Have a great week... Laurie
OK I admitt I stole the link from someone else, but it works picked up a second one for Hubby so he could track his walking at work instead of just guessing.
I'm looking to have panniculectomy and breast implants.
