Is it not bad enough that we have to use caller ID for every call we get at home because it is primary time...aghhhh...register as an independent and you get calls from EVERY one running...now I come on OH and what hits me first thing...an ad for Kelly Ayotte...who told her about us and why is she allowed to advertize on a weight loss site....aghhhh!!!!'

Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest....have a good night...

My weekend went alright. Still sick as hell so I ha-vent been all that hungry at all so it wasn't too hard to make the right choice ;) Didn't get much activity in at all this weekend... worked on the car with hubs for a bit, but I think i did more watching than doing!

The plan for today

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese and Grapes (I haven't eaten it yet, Its 9am, I need to get to that but like I said, no urge to eat at all)
Lunch: Chili
Dinner: I have a protein bar to eat before the meeting, Might have some of whatever Hubs make for him and kiddo when I get home.

I hope to make it to the meeting tonight!! I want to go but right now,  i don't even know if I'm gonna make it through work! Stupid plane sick!

Weekend, well went OK, I did have make some bad choices on Saturday after the departure ceremony, but considering what  I could have had I will cut my self some slack.

Today
breakfast - Greek yogurt w/sf peach spread
snack - cheese stick
lunch - Left over Chicken Pot Pie (home made FF gravy and just white meat chicken)
snack - protein bar
dinner - something quick and easy Justin has soccer game tonight
snack - cheese stick

I will be 3 months out on Wednesday and I am at my goal for me for that date :-) I am so excited.

Hubby and I are walking more each night now, Have a great Monday and I will see what time the game gets out if I can make it back for the meeting tonight.

Have you tried Nashua Nutritition?  They are on-line and you could call them and ask if they have anything that would suit your needs.  I can't say enough good things about them.  They are wonderfully helpful and even if they don't have something that works for you they may be able to suggest somewhere that can help.  Good luck!

Topic: a plan for monday..

happy Monday all..

i had a pretty good weekend food wise.. went to a party Saturday night and had a few things that were not on my "plan" but i kept it to a min. Farley happy with my choices ... Sunday ate well and went for around a 10 mile mtn bike ride with MINI-Me ... still struggling to get in any gym time.. working 60-70 hrs a week is just killing any time that i have.

so for today..

iced coffee with sugar free coffee mate
breakfast - eas carb advanage shake
lunch- tuna with 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack one-Greek yogurt
snack two-pure protein bar
dinner.. i think wifey is making pork chops(don't sit well) so i think i will go with left over speg. with meat sauce..

hope to see a bunch of you at the mtg. tonight..

Dave

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!
