Topic: Tuesday's plan
Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I am going to be one day off all week!!
My plan for today is to get back on track, even though I did really well this weekend.
Breakfast: Shake with Simply Smart Milk
Lunch: Shrimp with grilled veggies
Dinner: Steak Tips, macaroni salad and veggies
Snack: I am bringing pure protein bars and greek yogurt if needed.
Planning on the gym tonight, as long as my knee is good.

Hi Lisa,
I was actually looking at both of those. It would be pretty much in line with how the program is going. My goal for the first couple of races is to run the whole race. I know the Great Bay race is fairly flat!

Hi Cindy,
Not a problem missing some games. We do expect that. That is why we try and get as many women as possible! I also want you to know that we play with some people that are quite intense, so the balls do move at a fairly good rate of speed. I have been hit in the head and face, and it does shock you at first, but it really does not hurt (much :-0). Many of the guys are very careful not to hit you in the head, so you mainly get hit in the body. That does not hurt at all. I have played for three years, and have only been hit in the head twice. For the most part, it is just great exercise, and a lot of fun!
When you go to the site, register, then go to Dodgeball, click on the Recreational Dodgeball Portsmouth (5th one down). Then click on Teams/Standings. Click on Thunderballs, and you will be in my teams' site. Then just follow the prompts from there.
Hope I did not scare you!! It really is not that bad, I just want to make sure that everyone knows.

Topic: RE: NASHUA SUPPORT GROUP
Hi Jamie....
I post for our meetings every month....but just so you know we meet every 4th Tuesday of the Month at the Nashua Senior Center on Temple St. If you get on Main Street, at the light where Swan Chocolates is turn and follow that street to the end...the Center is on the left side and is a big Tan building, we use the first parking lot and the meeting is in the big room on left side of the lobby on the first floor. Dr. Brown is great, gives great advise, answers all our questions and he always welcomes anyone that comes to our support group... I'll save your post and try to remind you closer to the date.
I work in Merrimack too, I manage the Swan Chocolates next to the firehouse...stop in some time to meet....Have a great weekend...Laurie
