I think I'd have to say snow shoeing. I don't get to do it very much, but I really enjoy being outside after a fresh snowfall. Everything is so quiet, and I usually run across fresh tracks in the snow, which always keep me wondering.
Preop, I HATED to exercise. But now I really enjoy it. In fact, I feel bad when I have to miss a workout - at least during the week. I also enjoy just plain walking, weight lifting and the workout I do with my medicine ball.

hello all this is GOTSNQW writing in here for big red we are here in his room at PRH .. he is here on the losers bench with the rest of us.. he is doing well just got put on stage 2.. we just walked the hall so he is doing ok..
