Good job with the protein Sookie! Don't be afraid to sneek in another cheese stick or something between now and snack if you need it.
Yesterday went well. I think though, eating at 8:00 at night or later is hurting me, but I really don't have any choice!
Today my plan is:
Breakfast: my usual shake with simply smart milk
Lunch: I have about 1/2 cup lobster with celery and lite miracle whip on a sandwich round. I also have my nectarine.
Dinner: I guess I am picking up pizza on my way home tonight. Not a real fan of pizza anymore, but I can eat one slice, less the crust.
Snacks: I have my protein bar and cottage cheese if needed.

Oh Sookie, I am of the mindset lately that sleep is highly over rated!! Woke up at midnight, laid in bed until 12:30, then got up, did laundry, balanced my checkbook, dishes....you get the idea. Finally got tired enough and crawled back in bed at 3:30.

Wednesday went ok, I gave blood so I know I didn't get enough protein in, but I did get plenty of fluids probably about 100 oz so that helped but I think I may wait a bit longer before I do that again. I got a little light headed afterwards which has never happened before.
So Thursday's Plan....
Breakfast --- Protein Bar (18g)
snack Greek Yogurt (18g)
Lunch roasted chicken (20g)
snack cheese stick (6g)
Dinner - Tuna (21g)
Total 85g protein if I can get it all in lol so far so good, The protein bar is gone!!!!

Can you please send me a personal reminder of wehen the next one is? I work in Merrimack and I ran in to a privacy issue at my post-op where I had my surgery so I think this might work for me, and I do need a post op meeting.
