Hi Martha,

My total before this week should have been 2240 (wk1 - 590, wk 2 - 969, wk 3 690).  This week was 780 for a total of 3020.  Just missed my goal, but mu kids are back in school so I have more time to workout.  I have 3 more 5ks to run in the next 2 months so I'd better get my butt moving.

Congrats on the Couch to 5k program, that's awesome.

Big Red is out of surgery and doing great!!!

Just wanted everyone to keep Big Red (Dave) in your thoughts and prayers today.  He is Dave's (gotsnqw) dad.  He is having RNY and is in surgery as I write this.  I know he will do awesome!!
