Topic: Its Monday (GROAN)
Okay it is Monday morning and time to plan.....
I did really good over the weekend, but I am still playing with three pounds, so my goal is to lose that and more for the month of September. I would like to lose 7 pounds this month before my physical on September 28th!
Breakfast: Shake with 2 tbls peanut butter and simply smart milk
Lunch: Tuna and kashi crackers. Nectarine
Dinner: Gary will be cooking, but he has been doing a pretty good job lately!
Snack: I have baby bell cheese and pure protein bars if needed. I will probably have something before I go to the gym tonight.

Topic: August Exercise Challenge Week 4
Okay, who else made their goal this month. Pokes made her last week. I made mine (for the second month in a row) this week. That Couch to 5k program is getting me in the gym more and more! I did 320 minutes in all last week, for a total of 1530! I am still running/walking as part of the program, but I have successfully completed 2 miles twice now, and the second time, took a full minute off of my first time! Pokes and gotsnqw, you had better get going. Although Pokes, you have a good excuse.

Topic: Woot, major milestone!!!!
This morning (and by that I mean Saurday the 28th) I woke up and weighed 199.8!!! I have entered the ones! I was hoping to hit that goal by the end of the month and I made it with a few days to spare. I'm just so tickled. My next goal is to get below 175 which is what I was when I met and married my husband.

Thanks Sookie! I will do my best. I even went out and bought a water bottle and insulator for it in hopes of keeping my water cold so I keep the drinking up!!
Just have to work on meals now.... Just got back from the field and INHALED my chili... tummy NOT pleased now. Now I know for Florida though... ALWAYS HAVE SNACKS!
