The plan (its a strange one)
Breakfast: PB&J (I have to head out into the field in about 10 minutes so I needed something portable and we ALL know i dont do shakes ;) )
Lunch: Wendy's Chili (Im excited... that might be bad)
Dinner: Kido and my mom are doing friday dinner so who knows!! Mom is usually pretty good about making it something I can eat)
Snack: Still got some baby bells at home, unfortuntatly the boys are finding them!
I don't know if Ill have internet next week (and if I do I dont know if Ill be on it) so try not to miss me too much. Should be an interesting week negotiating Florida... first 'alone' trip... kinda scared!

This morning has started out horrible. My perc coffee pot said uncle, and I didn't have the right filters for the drip on, so coffee, coffee everywhere. Finally got it to work, but had to keep turning it off and on.
Yesterday was bad also....not all day, but I totally ate my emotions yesterday morning. So it is a new day, and a new plan!
Breakfast: Shake with Simply smart milk and crystal light
Lunch: leftover spaghetti and meatballs
Dinner: I need to shop for this weekend, so I think I am going to get some shrimp!
Snacks: Yup still have that greek yogurt. I think I need to check the expire date on it. Also still have baby bell cheese and crackers.
Going to the gym and then shopping after work, so I will most likely need one snack!
I ordered a egg& cheese wrap from D&D and received one on a bagel (didn't eat the bagel)

Afternoon everyone =)
Breakfast - 1 hard boiled egg and 1 wedge of laughing cow light cheese
Lunch - tuna fish and a few wheat thins (i'm such a follower)
Dinner - I'm very tempted to go to Olive Garden for another bowl of soup. But if I stay at home I'll have some type of lean cuisine meal. Something with decent protein.
Snack - protein bar
The last few weeks (pretty much since the meeting) I was in a stall. Which because of the meeting I knew about so didn't stress it. I lost like 1 lb over an almost 3 week period. Then this week in 5 days I've lost 5 lbs. I only need to lose 2 more to reach my goal for this month which is to be in the 1xx instead of the 2xx. So yay!
Yesterday went alright for me. Only changed up the post gym snack, ended up having a few bites of Salmon vs my baby bell cheese that I had planned on but I think that's a pretty fair trade :)
Todays Plan
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese w. grapes & almonds (that I'm JUST getting too thanks to the kids total freak out this am!)
Lunch: Salmon and wheat thins
Dinner: Burgers
Snack: post gym baby bell cheese
was going to walk today but thanks to previously mentioned kid freak out I was an hour late for work so now I have to work through lunch :( will definitely hit up the gym tonight though to replace the beer I could REALLY use right now!!
Breakfast - Coffee mug omelet
snack - protein bar
lunch - burger - no bun w/ cheese (we have a cook out at work today)
snack - not sure have dr's apt (weigh in day

dinner - Pork on the grill with some SF Italian dressing - maybe some steamed green beans or fruit

It's thursday and the weekend looks great!!!!
