Topic: its thursday and here is my plan
well yesterday went... well i guess i will call it OK.. i did great except for lunch. a work vendor took me out and i ordered a chicken quesadilla and i would have been fine if i had eaten 1/2 or 3/4 of it but i Had that last piece and well i didn't feel very well after... i guess it was a little of that old mindless eating (going to have to do some hubs and spokes on this one) but i did well the rest of the day and evening..

today is going to be a little screwed up for me .. i have a dentist appointment at 1 to fix a broken tooth so i may have to  have yogurt or shake for dinner we will see..

but for now here is the plan..

iced coffee..
breakfast- eas carb advantage shake
lunch- tuna with light mayo and 6 veggie wheat thins (look out i changed something)
snack1- not sure if i will be able to have one
dinner way up in the air see how my mouth is.. going to be a shake or a burger

hope everyone has a great day
Dave

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!

Hehe, a book and a nap is my pick too. I did a bit of both. I would like to note that it is no fun to fall asleep on your book and wake up with a neck cramp (I read in bed on my tummy with pillows tucked under me).

Well, I got here so late today that rather then a plan it is a log. Blah!

Breakfast - greek yogurt
Lunch - a chinese buffet where i had mostly just the white chicken from moo goo gai pan and a few small bites of pork rice.
Dinner - salad with pumpkin seeds for protein
Snack - either a protein bar or a cheese pack. I've not decided yet

Congrats! I had the same experience myself today only it was pants at Lane Bryant. I used to be a size 24 and they are seriously huge on me. So I finally caved and went shopping for a transitional pair. I grabbed 18 figuring it would be about right as well as 16 (just incase) and 14 to see if I could get a leg in.

18 was too big, 16 fit and 14 fit as well! Sure, they were a bit body hugging but I sure was all smiles when I bought them. It is the smallest size Lane Bryant carries so I very happily told the woman I would never be shopping there again =).

Lately I have been reading.  Today was a scheduled pediure and it was REALLY needed.  Cleaning is always an option, but not what I WANT to do.

Lisa

PS-I just went throughout the house with a Magic Eraser and cleaned up all the corners where everyone touches and doesn't know it.  Andrew saw me doing it and helped (for about 5 minutes...then he got bored.)

It's a toss up between a good book and a good nap
Today, I'd opt for a nap.

Yesterday went pretty good. Added a SF jello mousse for dessert, I was still a little hungry and in need of chocolate so I thought it was a good compromise.

Todays plan

Breakfast: cottage cheese w. grapes and almonds
Lunch: chili
Dinner: Turkey Tacos

have me some baby bell at home I might hit up after the gym again.

I went for a walk at lunch and despite returning with a bloody stock (stupid socks are too big now so I rubbed off my heal) I LOVED it.  I always forget how much I love walks at lunch. I hope the rain slows some today so I can go again then do some weight training at the gym tonight :)

Sounds silly now, but I love to dance in the rain.  I was told since I was little you can tell a lot about a person by how they handle a rainy day.  I see so many umbrellas here today, and here I come in with no rain coat and just a smile on my face.  I always think my family that has passed is watching and they need a good laugh, so I dance in the rain

Martha, a nice movie a good cup of coffee and my blanket do call me from time to time as well.

You may be only one person in the world, but to someone you are the world
