Topic: RE: the plan for hump-day
Well, my Tuesday did not go as planned either.  Instead of chili, I ended up having beef stew, which was not bad, but did not really fill me up.  Still having the craving for stress chocolate!   Have not caved yet, except for a protein bar.  Last night my mother-in-law made pot roast, so that meant lots and lots of gravy for me, and it was not low or no fat!!

So starting over today,

Breakfast:  Cottage cheese with 8 kashi crackers

Lunch:  Going after that chili!

Dinner:  Wow, I really have to plan my dinners better. I have no idea yet!

Snacks:  Well I still have those 4 greek yogurts in the fridge and baby bell cheese.  I also have a protein bar at work.

I am going to the gym after work so I will probably need my afternoon snack.

What is your favorite rainy day activity?

For me it is really not an activity.  I like to take one rainy day and do nothing...stay in comfy jammies all day, watch movies, and snuggle under a warm blanket!

OK well Tuesday plan didn't go as planned, but thank God I over pack lol.  The chili at work for some reason didn't set well, so I went with my left over tuna for lunch as for dinner we were school shopping and so I had a grilled chicken wrap (didn't eat the wrap). And a protein bar for snack.

Today

breakfast coffee cup omelet (egg, cheese, ham) -22g Protein
snack 2 oz watermelon
lunch more tuna  23g P
snack Greek yogurt w/ SF Berry spread 19g P
Dinner is going to be chicken w/ melted cheese and SF Spaghetti sauce baked  30G
w/ steamed veggies

Total Protein for the day = 74g I need to add some more in here so maybe a protein bar if  I can or instead of the watermelon.

Ok so I took Jeremy School shopping tonight and I looked at a table with some light shirts that were on sale,  so I grab a 1x because I know my 2x are too big now.... but  I am so excited it was too big.  I am now wearing a large shirt  I don't remember the last time I wore a large shirt.  I know this isn't huge but to me OMG I started to cry in the dressing room I am sure the person next to me thought I was nuts. LOL Thanks for letting me share with people who understand!

Breakfast : greek yogurt

Lunch: Bowl of Zuppa Tuscana soup at olive garden

Dinner: Salad with chicken and cheese cubes for protein

Snack: protein bar

Today has been a good food day. That Olive Garden soup is pretty great and is high in protein and low in calories and fat. It's win/win and a good option for me since i eat out a lot.
