Hello all =).

Thanks for the well wishes for our Golden Max. He is doing better today and his odds have now increased to 50/50 which is much, much better then they were. The vet twice almost called it in the last few days. He is still young at 3 and maybe that is making the difference.

My plan for today -

Breakfast - yoplait yogurt (the light variety because I only had purchased the one type of greek yogurt) and I only could eat half. That stuff was way too sweet. Which is funny to me because I never would have said that before.
Lunch - cup of sirloin soup (lean meat and veggies)
Dinner - I've no idea. I'll probably read through all of yours again and find inspiration. Going to the store tonight for whatever I'm having for dinner as well as more greek yogurt.
Snack - pure protein bar

So I have this picture, but I need an updated one.  So I will look tonight.

I know this is from one extreme to the other, but I am in full snowmobile gear in this picture!

Hi all...Sookie, I am glad everyone is fine.  You should definately give yourself a huge pat on the back for not eating whatever was there!  As for me, my stomach was doing okay until today.  I think I have narrowed it down to anxiety, which causes stress, which probably stirs up all kinds of bad stuff in my pouch!  So I am trying to take many deep breaths today.

My plan:

Breakfast:  I had a vanilla shake with CL orange

Snack:  one cheese stick

Lunch:  two pieces of deli turkey and 1 provolone.  (Shhh, don't tell anyone, but I also had one of those single serving sizes of pringles chips....really craving the crunch!)

Snack: pure protein bar....love them!

Dinner:  I am pretty sure I have some tilapia in the freezer.

So Tuna with wheat thins is okay, but I like on Kashi crackers, and it gives you a little bit more protein!

Sooooo (deeep breath) ready to attack the day again!

We will have to wait and see about that. Im taking a gamble on the tuna today; last few times its gotten LOTS STUCK! Todays experiment will determine if its the tuna or the bread round I was eating it on before ;)

.... and its the tuna. bleck hate stucky food!
