iced coffee with sugar free coffee mate

breakfast - eas carb advantage shake
lunch-tuna with wheat thins and light mayo
snack1-greek yugort
snack 2-pure protien bar
dinner- i saw steak in the fridge so thats proably the plan..

yesterday was hard for me mentaly i almost felt like i was eating " my old way" ... but i think i did ok i guess ... just not sure think i might e-mail a friend or two whith what i ate and get some opinions...

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!

I have had the opposite week, its been DRAGGING. I can't believe its only Wednesday!!

The plan for today
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese w/ grapes and almonds
Lunch: Chili (going to change this up tomorrow, I think its been making my stomach hurt)
Dinner: Turkey Tacos

Yesterday went well, stuck to the plan! Only thing I have been noticing is I have not been drinking nearly enough lately; seems to be a mix of the gym after work (where I  just don't drink enough) then waiting on dinner when i get home, eating late and not really drinking before bed. Going to have to work on that!

Will try the gym again tonight. Knee did alright on the bike and elliptical but I think that's thanks to drugging up before I went bc now its killing me! If I get through alright might jump on the treadmill for a mile or so :)

Okay - so I am sure there is a less convoluted way to post pics to these discussion threads, but here's the only way I know how:

Open OH in 2 separate windows (so it's open twice on your computer)
On one page, go the topic to post your reply
On the second page, go to your account where your photos are and right click on the one you want to post - chose Copy
Go back to the reply you are posting and right click - chose paste
Crop your photo to the size you want and you should see it load.

Can't wait to see everyone's pics!!

I had a great week.  I am participating in Run for the Fallen Maine (www.runforthefallenmaine.org) on Sunday and have been getting ready.  If you don't hear from me next week, it'll be because I'm too tired to type, lol.
I had 960 this week,

I agree this week is flying by.

OK Breakfast was an egg w/ cheese
snack Greek Yogurt w/ SF Berry spread
lunch more tuna & Chili weird I know but I couldn't make up my mind yesterday so I ate a little of both and liked it.
dinner is pork w/ steamed green beans (baked potato for the boys)
snack more yogurt or maybe a protein pudding not sure depends on how I do with dinner.

Wow, where has the week gone!!

So I did pretty good yesterday.  Struggled with hunger for a bit, but my stomach feels better.  Don't have any idea what is going on!

So I am going to incorporate a few solid foods today, mainly cheese and greek yogurt.

Breakfast:  Shake with fat free Simply Smart milk

Lunch:  I might try some turkey wrapped in provolone cheese

Dinner:  not quite sure...headed down to my in laws, so bringing  a shake as a back up plan.

Snack:  Shake or greek yogurt, see how the day goes.
