I have always thought we were/are very similar and probably have gone through the same weight struggles throughout our lives.
We started out at the same weight and here we are now just about the same weight. You have done amazing at all the hard work to accomplish where you are today! I'm so happy you love Jazz and have also started running. I can tell you feel (and look) 100% happier. I feel the same way. I tell people it's not about being skinny. It's about being in control and living a healthy life style.
So, CONGRATS to you for meeing all your goals! Hope to see you soon!

can you explain how your knee bothers you? I have had a lot of issues with my knee and may have an idea as to what is causing the pain if you can explain it a bit more. Does it give out? or catch? Does it swell? Is it a shooting pain or constant? anyways I hope you can manage the pain and you can rest it a bit today.

eh, Monday again.
I had a pretty good weekend overall. Got lots of activity in hauling my butt up a mountain and back and seeing how hungry that makes you, I think I made some decent choices.
No, back to reality
Breakfast: cottage cheese w. grapes and almonds
Lunch: salad w/ 4oz steak tips
Dinner: We have steak thawing, but its my wedding anniversary and hubs has been talking about going out to dinner... if he can come up with the cash that might happy, will have to wait and see
I'm little worried about getting my activity in this week. The knee pain I get when I run came back with avengence on the descent and is still hanging on. I have promised hubs to take today off from the gym but even walking around I can still feel it. This has potential to put a serious cramp in my C25K plans :(

happy monday to all..
i think i did pretty good this weekend.. the only thing i dod wrong is last night before bed i had 2 or 2 1/2 servings of no sugar added ice cream (and felt like crap after).. but i was very active all w/e and had a great time..
so now the week..
today..
iced coffee with sugar free coffee-mate
breakfast- eas carb advantage shake
lunch- tuna with 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack1- greek yogrt
snack2- pure protien bar
dinner.. this is going to be tough due to the fact i will proably still be at work(till 8-9 pm andd i got here at 6 am) so i am not sure might go for some wendys chili but not sure

Topic: Pat myself on the bak!
OK so the weekend went well for me, and I have to pat myself on the back, I went to camp and the food that was around was not even tempting to me, and there was ALOT of things I shouldn't eat but I am so proud of myself I stuck to my protein and may have broken my stall. I even did well driving. I made sure I could have grilled chicken when I was driving and planned the timing accordingly. and the best part is my oldest son came home with me and we had a great chat on the way home!!!
Life has a way of showing you what is important and what matters most! I swam and played and had a great time and just enjoy camp again!
I saw Friends I haven't seen in over a year and we had a great chat and if I can get it figured out I will post the pic of the 3 of us. I am so glad I went and didn't make myself worry about anyone else but ME for a change!
It is hard knowing my brother is leaving in less than a month, but I am trying to see him as much as I can before he leaves no matter what his feelings of me are. I also am not worried about food either, lol I will eat what I should and make sure I take care of me!
