Yea I think they are as well. I'd not been tracking them so it came as a bit of a surprise. I was sick for a solid week right before we came to the meeting and at my Doctor's appointment that afternoon she figured it was my calcium chews. So once I stopped taking those I could eat again. But for the week I was sick I was throwing up most everything so I was kind of soured on fish and the healthy things I had been eatting.
I'll try to start eatting better today and see if I can get some of those numbers down. Carbs and fat are what got me fat to begin with (i've never been a sweet eater).

it was great to meet the two of you on monday night!
i would say that your fat and carbs are WAY high,... i know you didnt go through the same program we did .. so you never got to talk to jaquie but i think she would say to get away from the stuff you are eating and try to go with healther high protien choices... meat, fish, greek yougrt is a great source of low calorie protien ... i would think you should be gettinng more like 60-80 grams a day...
just an opinion

Wow, you guys eat so much better then I do... and so much more structured. I think I'll start coming here more often and being more aggressive about eatting healthy things.
Yesterday I had:
Green apple (no skin and I ate just half before I was full)
Chicken w/rice and veggies soup (ate half a serving)
Lean Cuisine 4 Cheese Manicotti
Small package of cheese cubes
My totals for the day were 510 calories, 210 fat calories, 23.5g of fat, 59 carbs, 16 sugar, and 25 protein. I know I'm not getting enough protein through diet and we ordered some unjury which should arrive today. I can't drink any of the shakes because they just make me ill. I think my calories are in line with what they should be but I'm not sure about the fat and carbohydrates. Let me know what you think.
Today I've had:
1 pork eggroll (mostly just the innards) The stated nutrition is 170 calories, 50 fat calories, 6g fat, 23 carbs, 5 sugars and 6 protein. That includes a small packet of sauce (which I tossed) and the skin of the eggroll (which I ate only a small portion of (1/4th maybe).
for lunch I'll have some tuna and light mayo and I like to cut up a few small pickes slices and mix that in for some flavor as well. I might even be able to dig up some wheat thins =).
I've not even thought about dinner but when my husband travels (since he is the cook) I normally microwave a diet meal by Lean Cuisine and I usually can eat half of it.

Hey Martha,
Thanks so much for your kind words. You are doing great and as you said, you have not gained so that is a BIG plus.
I would love to get together. Starting Sept.1 I am teaching Jazz in Concord on Wed. nights at 5:35. If you ever want to try it, maybe you could come when I'm teaching. It would be fun to have a NH outing. I did try and got some responses, but it seems it hasn't panned out.
Have a great day!!
Lisa

I know...I have been MIA the last few days, but have been doing really well.
My plan for today is:
Breakfast: 1 slice wheat toast with 2 tbls peanut butter and 1 tabls sugar free jelly
Lunch: Piece of chicken and breaded zucchini
Dinner: Hum..not sure - Hubby is working with Dave tonight, so I am making dinner after grocery shopping for camp. It might be a meatball night!
I have baby bell cheese light, and a nectarine that I have been trying to eat for two days now...Pokes, a little like your pear!!
So Dave, Pokes and I have decided to run a couple of 5k races (and maybe one 10k). We were all supposed to start the program together but it seems I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS!!!!! Of course, I am the shortest, so I have to run more than they do, so I need all the practice I can.
