Coffee w/ chocolate protein
egg w/cheese - breakfast
Greek yogurt - snack
2 oz cantaloupe - snack
grilled chicken w/ steamed green beans Dinner
I am back to work full time now and seem to be eating a bit more, just to keep the energy up. I am also at my first stall. SO I was trying to change things up a bit any suggestions for someone only 2 months out? I have a 1 hour commute each way which I dedicate to my water (Crystal light)
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I went through the CMC program and you do have to lose a percentage of your weight. They want to make sure that you are committed. Also, there are classes to take, you have to go to a psychologist, and there are support group meetings that must be attended. I had my surgery over 2 years ago and it was almost a year from my first visit until I had my bypass.

I am new at this and I have my first appointment in September. But I would like to start trying supplements now, I know I am going to have to teach myself to take some of them but I figure if I get some input maybe I can find some that aren't that bad to take
