Well so far I am one for one! I vow to do better. So here is my plan for today.
Breakfast: Shake with simply smart milk and crystal light....(must remember to order shake mix!!!!!)
Lunch: Goulash (hamburger, peas, corn, tomatoes and noodles with taco seasoning) about 1 cup
Dinner: Chicken pot pie that I finally remembered to take out of the freezer!
For snack I have plain greek yogurt with onion seasoning (sort of like onion dip!) and 6 kashi crackers and a pure protein bar if needed.
Went to the gym last night for the first time in about a month and a half....man is it easy to get out of shape fast! Sucking air big time.

Nice to meet you fellow lap bander! This is a great place for info. there are a couple of us lap banders on here! Ask any questions at all, and if we can help we will chime in....Make sure you come to the support group meetings also. There is a lap band meeting every second Monday of the month at 6:30. Love to see you there!

OK so yesterday didn't go too bad, all things considered. lol

snack - pear
dinner Chicken buffalo style w/ veggies or 1/4 sweet potato I still can only eat about 4-5 oz of food so I am limited with choices, but I am lucky I have the full feeling.

New lap-bander here, 6 days post-op, doing well, Longing for stage 4 and the holy grail stage 5 diet. (for the taste, not the volume) hope to learn from the rest of you how to develop this new lifestyle.

OK, I'm a little late but I'm still on it!
Breakfast: 1 cup cottage cheese with 100 cal pack almonds
Lunch: 1 cup chili with low fat cheese
Snack: 90 cal granola bar
Dinner: Turkey Taco w beans
snack: 100 cal pack cookies
I have found over the past few weeks my sweet tooth has come back with avengence!! I'm trying to get it under control but man it has a hold of me. I have been trying the 100 cal cookie thing but some nights its just not cutting it! Fingers crossed this is just the stress of the past few weeks catching up wit me and it will pass... SOON!

better choices thats the plan..
Breakfast - one egg and one egg white and a slice of 97% ham on a sandwich round ( waaaayyyyy better than yesterdays choice)
snack 1- home made turkey pot pie ( about 1/2-1/3 cup)
lunch- meat loaf and grilled veggies
snack 2 - protien shake
dinner- i think i will have a tuna sandwich
might throw in one more snack due to the fact this is my really long day ( 4am- 8:30 pm)

dinner - meatloaf w/ veggies & sweet potato
snack (if needed) cheese stick

I will be ALL over this tomorrow. Things have been absolutly OUT OF CONTROL for the past few weeks (Frigin baby zombie crap!) and I have been doing everything wrong.
