Plastic Surgeon Help

Ok, there is someone out there that used to go to the support group that I went to in ABQ that has United Healthcare and was able to get them to pay for the plastic surgery. I need some information on this if you can help.

i have united healthcare also and iam still looking but what i heard the only one doing it aproved by them is in dallas and you look fantastic i have lost 220 but i gained 30 back iam so afraid i can eat anything iwant and that is scarey
