Topic: My 2 Month Progress Pics

Here are my 2 month post op pics, I have been kind of bummed that I only lost 7 lbs this month (and haven't lost anything in the past week) but the pics show my progress so that makes me feel so much better!!

Topic: Aetna Managed Choice anyone?

I was wondering what other's experiences are with getting approved with Aetna-managed choice? the doctor's office will submit my paperwork after I have my visit with the surgeon. How many weeks to get approved?

Good Thursday morning everyone! I hope you've had a great nights rest and now you are up and ready for a new day. Only one more day till the weekend! But, today is going to be a great day. Right?! Our Thursday challenge is one I have used before, but with more umph. LOL Let's breathe today. Take a deep breath and don't let things get to you. Too many times we let everything get to us and we get tense, angry, our blood pressure boils and then things get out of hand. We say things that we don't mean and hurt those around us. Let's breathe today. Inhale! It's going to be ok. Most of the times, things are never even as bad as we think. So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm loving me some Harry & David's Moose Munch Tripple Chocolate. OH SO GOOD!! Ya gotta try it at harryanddavid.com. They have some good coffee! I posted also on the main board but her hubby called Friday about 2 saying her surgery went great. I havent heard anything since then so hopefully Shirley you are doing awesome. Cant wait for you to come back so we can hear all about it! Miss ya...

Dr Lau does do the VSG, in fact, I might have had that instead of RNY if my insurance covered it. He is an extremely awesome Dr and his nurse, Robyn, is amazingly nice and helpful (she had RNY). Monday is 2 weeks post-op for me.
