Topic: RE: I need a great appeal letter
Tara,
Could you email me Gary's contact information? Email addy would be great.
For this next visit, we went ahead and booked a room at the Plaza. We like it downtown...but not at Fitzgerald's. On the strip, we've stayed at Monte Carlo and then this past Feb, we stayed with some friends at their timeshare at Cliffs at Peace Canyon (no cliffs, no canyon...lol).
Anything you wouldn't mind sharing about neighborhoods would be appreciated. The one realtor that my dh has been emailing, every house is at least 160,000. I know homes are expensive there but I really doubt if the waitresses at the hotel's restaraunts can afford that, so what else is out there that this realtor isn't sharing??
Thanks...
Sherri
Topic: RE: Surgery tomorrow 11/11
hope I am not late in helping out... you may want to try some of the smaller strip hotels. Imperial Palace, Harrahs... Treasure Island is great as well.
I am shocked they wouldnt be more helpful to you... paris is a great hotel. I work at Wynn but in my opinion it is VERY pricey.
The Rio is great and right off the strip...as well as Orleans. Let me know if I can be of more help!!!
Happy almost 1 year anniversary!!!

Hi.. dont know if I am to late in posting this to you but I have a great realtor that several of my neighbors and friends have used. His name is Gary Anter. I will get you his phone number if you are still needing a realtor.
Alot of the nicer hotels come with coffee pots, etc... you can request a small fridge as well. I work at Wynn... the rooms are really pricey but well equipped. I have always liked Paris or Luxor... you can get some great deals at Harrahs as well.
Let me know if you need any help at all with Vegas areas... this is a huge place and most people dont realize that there are different areas inside Vegas to live. Most of us on the NW side couldnt even get around the east side without getting lost.
Good luck to you!!!

Topic: RE: HELP needed from you Las Vegas folk!
Hi Peter,
Our newest hotel here on the strip is the Wynn, Las Vegas, not sure what your budget is, kind of pricy, but it is a very nice hotel.
The Bellagio is beautiful.
The Flamingo is an older hotel, but a good value.
Since I live here, if you have any questions, please let me know.

I can help!!!!! I live in Vegas (originally from Chicago) and I have a good friend who is a nice, honest hard-working realtor. His name is Sam Christos and his cell phone # is (702) 510-0500. I just recently sold my condo and he sold it in 5 days. I am now looking for a small house and he never loses patience with me changing my mind a hundred times. Tell him that Stacy sent you and he will take great care of you. If you have any other questions about Las Vegas, feel free to email me privately.
Hope to hear from you soon...
Stacy
p.s. I will check around for hotels with microwaves and fridges.
