No fills are not covered they are appxo. $120 w/your co pay.... they give you only a set amount for the surgery it's $5K everything else is out of pocket.

Sounds good...what days work for everyone? I am usually off MOn-Tues...however can sneak in a Sunday

My friend Stephanie Z. had the gastric bypass.   She is dead.  She did not have proper education and guidance post procedure.  She was pregnant in less than a year after her procedure.  Her meals after surgery consisted of chicken nuggets, hamburgers and nachos.  Stephanie couldn't afford her labs or follow up.  Stephanie didn't have insurance and she used a second mortgage to pay for the procedure.  I wish that she had seen Dr Rutledge to have the MBG.  Dr Rugtledge requires that each patient educate themselves on the procedure and proper nutrition and care after the procedure.  Stephanie shouldn't have died.   For those who write thier hot pink messages to get thier message out there. Bigger and brighter doesnt me the truth.  I am going to have the MGB, and I am very confident with Dr Rutledge. 

MIne was just like Jazzies. I was out patient and I was Lap Band. I had Dr. Soong so same clinic as Jazzies also. I don't think the rooms are private but, I might be wrong. If you do share though it will likely be with another weight loss surgery patient. They try to keep you around people with it there. I have some friends who stayed over so I will see what I can find out.  I just had my surgery in November. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU! Also feel free to email me if you need someone to let all the anxiety out to. I got nervous and it ended up being so great. I had a lot of setbacks along the way but, stayed positive. I want to help anyone else out that needs it now.

I don't know which ones you have tried but, I am with Dr. Darren Soong who is part of the Surgical Weight Control Center here. He is phenomenal. I don't know about insurance though or if he makes you make the downpayment thing you mentioned. They were so helpful to me with everything.
