Will you be having anymore get togethers in the future?  I would love to meet up with some locals.  I need to start checking this board more often.

I fly out to see her and for the surgery.  When you come across someone you like and are comfortable with its best to stay with them.  I stay at a hotal after one night in the hospital and she makes hotel calls to me so I dont have to get into a car after surgery for her to check up on me..now thats service.

WOW! Awesome pictures!
I saw Dr McCormack here in Reno, a few months ago, at a support group meeting. She said she had patients  follow her here. Did you move here or just come here for the surgery?  You look great.
I hope to lose over 200 myself and I plan to call her for a consult.  I have another 75 pounds to go before then.
Thanks so much for sharing.

First let me say I do NOT work for the plastic surgeon Im about to mention.  I lost 195 lbs through gastric bypass leaving a huge amount of skin. I went from 387 lbs to 156 as of today.  My next step was to rid myself of the old me.  I found the most wonderful plastic surgon in Burlingame California.  She preformed a bodylift on me and then decided to move to Reno, Neveda.  Her name is Dr Tiffany McCormack.  She is the best.  You can tell by my pictures she was worth following .  Today she has removed 39 lbs of skin from my body leaving the most delicate scars that are hardly noticable (thats a loss of 231 lbs total).  As of today I have had a bodylift, armlift, vaginalift (because you know that things hangs after so much weight loss) Boobjob (I looked like a 11 year old before even when 387 lbs) back fat removal and finally as of 7 days ago thighlift.  Pics of all this is under my name here.  Her name is Dr. Tiffany McCormack she totally takes her time with you, and does her work in safe stages.  Her number is 775-284-2020  She is the only female plastic surgeon in Reno that specializes in people like us.  I mean that with no disrespect, but we are different.  Not just any plasctic surgeon is equiped to deal with the amount of skin left over from gastric bypass or lapband.  Here address is  McCormack Plastic Surgery

I've just posted four new STALL busting recipes in the recipe forum...

That's right Four very low carb additions to my other recipes designed to make sure you've got the tastiest stuff you can have without any of the guilt.  We can't eat much so why not make it super tasty and high quality?

Burgundy Beef and Broccoli
"Talk of the Town" Chicken
Grilled Coconut Ginger Chicken
Creamy-Cheesy Wondersoup

And the ones I posted last week:

Rosemary Grilled Chicken with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce
Marjoram-Thyme Herbed Roast

Check them out and if you like them, kindly leave your comments in the recipe forum.  If you're in a hard stall, I've got plans to help, just PM me...but it takes some time for me to get to all of the emails.

See everyone later!

Topic: Friday Coffee Talk
Good morning!!  Guess what?  IT IS FRIDAY!!  WOO HOO!!  Do ya got big plans for the weekend?  I do!!  Lucy made it safe and sound and I was able to spend about 3 hours with her and her mom last night.  Today, we are off to Montgomery, then tomorrow we will be back in Montgomery for the Lunch.

Our challenge for today is to no be jealous.  Jealousy kills and destroys.  It is a terrible sickness that eats away at you like a cancer.  I have seen jealousy kill marriages and friendships.  Also, families.  There is absolutely NO REASON to be jealous of anyone.  If someone has more than you (in any aspect) be proud for them.  Sometimes it hurts to see someone else prosper, but be proud for them and realize that you TOO are blessed in what you have!  You are blessed with friends, family, food, clothing, a great family,   Most of all, jealousy is pure silly, in ANY aspect!!  I know WE are ALL better than jealousy and can overcome this green eyed monster.  I know I used this challenge a couple of weeks ago, but I felt to use it again.  I need to hear things twice sometimes.  We all do!

So, who's up?  What cha sipping on this morning?  I'm LOVING me some Mocha Java coffee.  Sure is good too!  Want to join me with a cup this morning?

Ya'll have a wonderful Friday and enjoy your weekend!
