Topic: For those of you that don't take dumping on sugar seriously or
better yet, don't think you do dump on sugar so you think you can't dump on it. Boy have I got a story for you. I am one of those post ops that can get away with some sugar so I decided to pu**** with dangerous results. My post should serve as a warning, don't let this happen to you.

In a previous post you indicated that 30% of Dr. Rutledges' surgeries are revisions of complication. How did you come up with this figure and were these revisions due to complications from the surgery itself (ie leaks, ulcers) or inadequate weight loss.

Topic: B-12 shots and no insurance
Anyone give themselves B-12 injections? I had a prescription for them back in Minnesota, but now that I'm here with no insurance, I haven't had one in 2 months. Anyone have any idea of a physician who could give me a script without spending a ton of money on appointments? Thanks for the help!!!

I've been to Yardhouse and yes, it's good. Either day works for me and 5pm is probably better for me. Just post the decision and I'll be there!!!

I vote for the Yardhouse cause I have never been there before and I have been to the other two places but just as good so actually I am flexible! Anytime after 4 pm is good for me but Aug 7 is your hubbys concert. Also all of next week and half of the following week I wouldnt be there until after 6:30 pm because I have to pick up my daughter from work at 6 pm and my parents (back up picker upper) will be gone those days. Other than that I am open.

Thanks for the response. I have actually attended one of the WBI groups in Reno also, but with all of the groups only meeting once a month, and all pretty much during the same week, it's hard if you have to miss. That's what happened to me this month, so no meeting until August now.
As for the surgery, things have gone well. I lost 20lbs prior to surgery and 20lbs after. I haven't had a fill yet; I see the Dr. again on the 7th.

Glad you posted here too, Gina. Know the post will stay close to top on this board(though thats sad that not many people visit the Nevada board). Weds works better for me. I say 5pm so people can meet us after work. I'm working on Thurs but if that works better for a lot of people...maybe a little later and I'd come after work at 7:30pm
Also another AWESOME restaurant there is Tuscan Brio Grill. Ron and I have gone there...awesome food. Huge appetizers that I took 1/2 home and yes...one of the boys ate it!!!
