Eating for Tuesday
B 4 oz carb control yogurt w/1 Tbs walnuts
L 1/2 c tuna salad, 5 wheatsworth crackers, 1 string cheese
S Zone snack bar, 8 almonds
D 2 slices deli roast beef, 1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese
S 1/3 banana
before bed sf popsicle
Note - I was REALLY hungry today but drank lots of water and a Dunkin Donuts coffee. That helped alot...it's all work related. Still crap at the job..can't wait to leave. I think that I will count the actual days this week and begin marking off my calendars.

That sounds like a good idea, counting down will help ya feel that there IS an end to all of this....
