It has been awhile but just giving an update and saying hi to you all !

Carol, Hun thank you so much for your kind words... ~hugs~ it was a year on June 6th and I am down 125 lbs give or take...seems i am moving up and down with the same 5 lbs.... Trying to deal with the eating issues but WOW it is so much work... Well this is what I should have done BEFORE surgery. O well I am still moving forward so all is good.
