Jamie, You know my goal is to someday NOT want these things, my main goal is to work on "healthy" living all around. So to get there I found that if I said I can NOT have something then I wanted it! SOOOO I allow myself some but tell myself I really should not have that for my health! I am starting to WANT to eat good and wanting to exercise so I know I am heading in the right direction but WOW this is hard work and takes so much time. Now I know that where before I was getting depressed because it was not just happening, now I know I have to work towards this!!! I have many years of REALLY bad habits and changing them is hard and will take some time. I wish I could have the focus right now in my mind to say NO, I really do NOT want to eat that! but I know in time it will come and I will win this as I feel I do not have a choice, this is something that I NEED/HAVE to overcome. Thanks again, you always make me think about things and I love ya for that! Debra P

Well i have my issues just not with candy. I am having issues with crackers and chips which dont even fill me and scare me to death. ITS hard. WISH i had that early out not interest in food. BUT its there now and I have troubles with it. hugs

Lisa, I have the carb issue as well Well I would love to have that feeling back as well... Oh well, maybe this is the point that the REALLY hard work comes into play huh?......~hugs~ Debra P
