Does this sound horrible to say, "I can't believe I am still alive?" Of course I can say, "Why did this have happen to me?" and point fingers every which way but that isn't constructive or going to get me any better.
Both second opinion surgeons agreed recontructing the Y-connection is the best way to go. At least it is comforting to hear this is the best way to go if needed.
My weight does not seem to be stablizing very well so I guess I will have to come out of hiding. I REALLY do not want to do anything(surgeries, tests, etc) this month b/c it is my sons birthday. But I have to do what I have to do. We will see what he says on monday and how much I weigh then.
