Hi I'm new here (Cold Brook) ....Have question on Fidelis

I have Fidelis Family Health . How is the approval with them ? I have not seen the dr as yet waiting for the appt . I really never thought I would be doing this , my mother and my sister had the surgery done in 2003 and they are doing great. And now it is time that I need to do this for me and my health.
