B scrambled egg with cheese half banana and 2 strawberries
S coffee with protein
L 3/4 of a white slice of pizza very thin crust
S achieve one coffee drink
D chineese orange chicken with some hard noodles. {threw it up didnt sit well}
S strawberries with sugar free cool whip

Yesterday's menu :
B - 2 T. oatmeal
1 T. peanut butter
2 T. Banana
L- 2T. ham salad
2T. carrot's
2T. zucchini
2T. banana
D- 2T. pork tenderloin
2T. green beans
2T. cottage cheese
Got in all my fluid's and had Carb Countdown Choc. Milk mixed w/ 1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder before lunch and dinner .

Hi All, I am new at this, but think I REALLY need to start being accountable for what I am eating so I am happy this strand is available!
B1oz. chicken
1/4 banana
L 2 oz. chicken
1oz provolone cheese
1slice of 7 grain bread
dash of mayo
d same as lunch!
I drank : 40 oz water, 10 oz sugar free lemondade, 10 0z of diet green tea w/ citrus
No exercise - bad doggie that I am! I did wear my sneakers today though, and so will go for a walk during lunch!
