Breakfast:  Mocha Click made with Skim milk for extra protein

Snack:  Coffee with skim milk and sf coconut syrup
i snack size bag of Kays Naturals Almond protein cereal

Lunch:  Grilled cheese made with P28 High Protein bread

Snack:  A banana with peanut butter
1 bottle of poland spring water

Dinner:  Veal Marsala with mushrooms, broccoli and quinoa

So far I did well with my food choices but did not drink enough water.

Goal for tonight, to drink at least 2 bottles of water and if I desire more food try to make it another fruit selection with some cheese.

Topic: Vitamin question
I had my surgery Jan 4th so Im about 5 wks out, well I had to miss my 4 wk dietary due to all the snow and they didnt get me into the next dietary meeting until I will be at 6wks.  Soooooo....Im just concerned about my vitamins.  Im taking 2 Childrens Complete Flintstones now but when do we take the ones that are going to be very important.  I just want to make sure Im doing everything right and not waiting too long, I should call them but figured you guys are all pros so you would know if I should just go out and get them.
Are the Bariatric Advantage chewable the best?  Will that cover all the necessary vitamins or do I need to keep on taking the flinstones plus more?  Sorry so many questions!
BTW, good news, down 40lbs as of today!

Topic: RE: Question about Community General Hospital Bariatric Syracuse
Hi Hope your informational night was a success. I attended the informational session in November and have moved ahead quickly.  I love Stephanie the NP you see and Yvonne who does the scheduling is very good at what she does. I have completed the blood work, GI series, nutrition counceling, overnight sleep study and psych and everyone has been wonderful. My insurabce requires 6 month wait until surgery so I will not have mine until June.  If you have any questions just post or email and I will try to help...
