Do you remember those Stallone puddings we all eat a while back? Do they still have them, they might be helpful as well?

PLEASE don't let Don or my previous reminder of the importance of protein scare you away.....
lets turn it around and use it positively.
Ok, so I can see that you like your carbs (don't we all....freakin carb monster)
and you do so even from breakfast......so lets try to recommend other carbs that have protein for that would be great for breakfast.
Here are a few suggestions:
P29 High Protein Bread -it can be eaten toasted with some peanut butter, or creamcheese, french toast, etc.

if you order it and use the code LIPO you can save a buck, LIPO does NOT make any money from this, but they were nice enough to donate to us twice already and give us this discount code for our members.
another good high protein bread is
Julian bread

I hope this helps!

Yes I am totally aware that I am not getting in enough protein. I am trying to first get into better eating habbits and as I do that increase my protein intake. I have to find new sources of protein because things I used the first couple of years that worked for me are hard on my stomach these days even eggs are hard for me to digest so i have to look around and try new things. I cant play to much when I have to go to work bec cant afford being sick there....I will keep posting and hopefully you will see gradual increases in my protein.
Others are welcome to share on this post as well what they are eating. That way comparasions can be made and ideas discovered.
Thanks...
LisaMarie
Wow that is all you eat during the day, I think I would be starving.....LOL Well maybe that is half my problem huh....
