Topic: Dr. O'Malley Rochester NY anyone?????
Hi, I am going just starting this crazy process.....again. :) But that's a loooong story. Anyways I had my Surgeon Seminar and dietary seminar scheduled with Dr. O'Malley's staff at Highland Hospital and now they called m to cancel. They said that I must meet with the N.P. for a physical and consult first. This is interesting since this has never been part of the process before. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this. The secratary didn't have any info for me. My issue with this is that if I then have to go back and do both seminars again in order to start I will be 2 months behind. It's just disappointing :( and confusing. Thanks D

Hi, I am also working with Dr.O'Malley and have medicaid or blue choice option which falls under family health plus ut is all the same here. Anyways they do accept it as stated before with no out of pocket costs. Good Luck D

Brr...it's cold outside.  How do you get your exercise in, when walking outside freezes the hair in your nostrils?  All this an more at tomorrow mornings support Group meeting at the Vestal Public Library at 9:30 am.  This is an open support group for any person interested in WLS surgery, already planning to have surgery, or have had surgery or just need a kick start to get their tool working for them again.

I had lap band done on Jan. 18th with Dr. Posner. If you have any specific question, just ask :)
