Dr C or staff

I would like to know what I have to do to pull out of Deaconess and see you at your new office. I've had it with Deaconess. I've been calling Peggy every day for a week to see if she has everything needed to sumit to insurance, and she has yet to return 1 single phone call!

I've asked that same question only to be told there is not much we can do at this point. I received a denial letter in January and have yet to receive a call from Deaconess to let me know what to do next. I've been proceding on my own.

I am not sure he is at the new office yet. I submitted my own appeal and have everything approved except for the 6 month diet which will be complete in July so I can submit 2nd appeal. If you have not been approved and Deaconess has not provided any services for you....you can get your program fee back...but I would make sure he is seeing patients at his other office. It was my understanding that due to contract obligations to Deaconess he had to remain there for a while and another Dr. is at the other office. I hope he replies to you. You might want to complain to Deaconess administration that might help. I know the last time I called I had the operator page the nurse, Elaine, so I could get through but that has been several months ago. You might also want to try their message board. Good Luck !
