Laura's Closet Consignment Shop

Yesterday I went to Laura's Closet, a consignment shop in Florence, Kentucky and bought 6 pair of pants for $6.00! Name brands and in great shape. I needed clothes that I could wear to work and didn't want to spend lots of money on new things. She's having a sale on Sunday when everything in the store is 40% off. And would you believe, conservative, sedate me bought a RED pair of slacks! Her store is located directly across the street from the Wildwood Inn. Hopefully I can get there on Sunday and shop for some tops! If you live close to Florence, you ought to check it out. Happy Happy me in my red pants!

Thank you for this information! I have lost too much weight to fit into any of my old clothes, even the "skinny" clothes I had saved. (YAY) Both my jobs had liberal casual clothing policies, so I was just wearing shorts all the time. Then I got fired from one of my jobs. We weren't making ends meet with me having two jobs, so now we're really screwed. I don't have any jewelry left to sell so I am really living on half a tattered shoestring. I couldn't justify spending extra money on protein shakes and stuff-and I certainly can't justify new clothes. I have been wearing my 15 year old son's jeans and my hubby's jeans. Hopefully, someone will want to interview me for a job soon as I have sent out over one hundred resumes. I will have to stop in there and see if I can pick up one or two decent pairs of pants!
