They Cancelled my surgery.

Thank you so much everyone, I can't believe i am so damn upset over something I was scared ****ess yesterday to have done... Dr. Grabers office has been great. I am seeing them this afternoon to reschedule and talk to the nurse about things. I am sick and I knew I was coming down with something but I blamed it on smoking totally. It is not jusst the chest cold but the asthma and my heart condition that the risks were just far too high for today, but the anesthesiologist said I will be cleared for the surgery provided I quit smoking get my asthma under control with no weezing. I am still hanging in there I want this even more now,  Much Love Amy

Wow - it seem serendipitous - another example of listening to your gut.  Are you upset?   Hopefully you will get good news this afternoon when you meet with your doctor. Good luck E

Hi Amy You must be really disappointed, I'm so sorry.  I have a cold/flu thing going on right now also, and it really sucks, but you know what?  If my surgery was scheduled while I had this thing I would be relieved to reschedule it as I wouldn't want to take any chances, so just be glad you don't have to try to recover while fighting a cold.  You'll get your date, and it will be here before you know it, so just concentrate on getting healthy so your recovery will be a smooth and speedy one.   Good luck in the new year!   We're all rooting for you!!
