Home from surgery!!
Welcome home!
Concentrate on your fluids and protein right now, as long as you are taking in your liquids that is all that is expected this early out.
Remeber the post-op wards you go to are not all bariatric patients, they are usually mixed surgical wards, we need to either advocate for ourselves or have someone there to do so.

HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT IRON AND/OR http://theironmaiden.ca/
my mom and hubby that they could give me the wrong food. And I was in such a haze that I didn't think at all.
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
As far as the food, shows again that we have to be responsible for our own health, don't take everything a face value, not everybody knows about our surgeries, hard to believe when you are in the hospital having the surgery that they don't know what you should be eatting but true, they gave me cornflakes and a muffin my first morning, I went I don't think so, but it was the diabetic tray, was the answer lol.
Welcome to the bench.
Take Care of You
