Kelly, I enjoy your questions and all the answers you receive. I was wondering about hot sauces and vinegars myself. I am allergic to onions and garlic so I need something to spice up my life!

my nut definitely said to use gravy to moisten chicken & other meats.  you can buy ready-made low fat gravy if you're worried about fat content.

i would try it out, if you're tolerating things well. go for it. if the pouch doesnt like it, dont do it again for a while.
