I have optifast shakes but no surgery appt.

I recieved the optifast shakes last week but still no dr's appt. Should  I call the dr's office or will they call me with a date? I don't want to annoy anyone at his office.

I had my optifast for a month before I got a surgery date..you could call and ask how long they think it might be

How did you find the surgery? Any regrets?
Where did you get the Optifast? Any suggestions as to where I can purchase it less expensive?

I received my Optifast in November, I didn't have surgery until January 24th, but I had my date when they ordered the Optifast.

With Dr Grantcharov's office the secretary has to wait for the schedule before she can book appointments... I received my optifast about a month and a half before my surgery - You could give the office a call and just follow up but she will tell you that she'll give you a call once they have the schedule for the next month.

I got the script for Optifast when I saw my surgeon on April 24th.  They called a week later with my surgery date.  My surgery isn't until May 26th.  I have lots of time to stare at it before I can use it .

I am going through Hamilton and I got the optifast on March 17th but I didn't get a surgery date until more than 4 weeks later.  My date is May 30th and I start the optifast on May 14th.  It's amazing how centres are so different.
