Day 3 optifast-migraine

I started Optifast this week too ....and I am having a terrible time. I was only able to get one down the first day, two the next, and only half today, but I gagged while taking it, then threw it up.  I worked nights last night, and I almost fainted a few times, so I am calling in sick tonight.  I am getting lots of fluids in, and eating Jello and Broth, but I don't know if I can do it for two weeks.  I would rather not eat at.....  I will call the clinic on Friday if it doesn't get any better.
