Sugar-Free Items from US
Could someone please direct me to the list of items to look for in the U.S.? I know it's here somewhere, but I'm having trouble finding it. Lots of reviews of individual products, but no list so far. Hoping someone will take pity on me and save me some time. Thanks.
Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.
Not sure where the list is I did see it once but it was months ago, but here are some of the items I picked up.
Sugar Free Jello and Pudding
Carnation No Sugar Added Instant drink (1/2 the price)
Sugar Free Popsicles
Way more variety of Crystal Light than Canada
I have heard vitamins are cheaper too but I haven't checked it out. Hope you find the list.

Here is what i bought last week when on vacation in the States:
Emerald Cocoa Roasted Almonds- 1 gram of sugar per serving and DELICIOUS
Crystal Light Pure- has stevia as an all natural sweetner (better than Splenda or aspertame)
True Lemon drink sticks in regular lemonade, and raspberry lemonade (also with stevia)
SF Jello Pudding Mixes- white chocolate and cheesecake flavours
Perky Turkey Jerky (from Target)- no nitrates, or MSG, and only 110 mg of sodium per serving (half the bag), also a whopping 15 grams of protein per serving, and very very yummy...can't say enough.
Skinny Cow 100 Calorie Treats- just to try, but has a bit of sugar (9 grams to be exact)
Kellogg's Protein Plus Cereal- 10 grams of protein per 3/4 cup and 20 carbs (this is not including the protein in the milk)
Jello SF Mouse in Chocolate mint ( you can buy dark chocolate and caramel in Canada)
Swiss Miss SF Hot Chocolate Packets- had it last night and it didn't agree with me. Tasted salty somehow. I made it with milk for some added protein.
Krogger brand SF Dutch Chocolate Hot Chocolate- bought it in the big tub because I like to make milkshakes with mil**** and hot chocolate mix in the blender. Sometimes I even add coffee or a small scoop of peanut butter- YUM
***That's all I can think of. Hope it helps inspire your shopping trip :D

Found it! Though I did think a lot of the items can now be bought in Canada.

I found SF honey - most likely tastes like crap alone, but I figured it would be good for recipes.
I also buy SF ketchup (great for homemade seafood sauce) and dream fields pasta. Both are available at the Low Carb Grocery, but WAY more expensive here.
Kroger also has ocean spray singles that are delish. I also got diet sparkling Ocean Spray drinks. I mix it with the regular juice for less carbonation, but a real treat!
