Mott's Garden ****tail, low sodium.

50 cals per cup
0.2 ft
140 mg sodium
740 mg potassium
11g carb
2g fiber
8g sugar
2g protein

I really love clamato, but the sugars in that are way too high, so I'm hoping this might be ok to have once in a while.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

This should be ok.. if it's not, you will know right away! I would only try 1/4c to start tho ;)

8g of sugar is pretty high - depends if that is from the veggies or from added sugar.  I was shocked to read the label of some of that V8 Splash stuff I was buying my son and seeing it was LOADED with high fructose corn syrup!!  And here I thought it was healthy!

glucose-fructose is the third ingredient - I guess it's a bad choice.  Thanks.

I would think that this soon after surgery you woulds till have to watch teh sugar intake and 8 g is kind of high for a newbie...but everyone's tolerance is difference...if anything try it at home when you are not going anywhere in case you end up dumping

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
