Wondering about malabsorption

I was having trouble finding even the abstract, so I sought out the help of people on proboards and was forwarded an attachment. They found me a summary of the study with a table of the results. I can send it to you.

This is the same study that set the fat malabsorption for DSers at 81%.

 I was told at the WMC that the standard is 50%. This is why we are to take two multi vitamins a day for example. If only 50% is absorbed we are getting the recamended dose. Not sure what study it's based in though. This is just information that was tossed out in our pre surgery class.
