Starnaenae - calm down! Wait until you are three months post partum and then you can get all upset. For now just make sure you are getting as much sleep as you can and stick to the plan. It sounds pretty normal to me. I don't think dropping your cals any lower will do anything if anything keep them there and make sure you are getting regular meals with plenty of protein. I am only three months post op but I am 35 years post partum lol and 9 years post grandbabypartum. Having a baby is a BIG deal to your body cut it some slack, it just finished making a baby!

I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

I must be dense or replies were deleted. No one is attacking you here. You have been given good advice from people who have experience with this surgery. Not wanting to hear that you have to reduce calories is not an attack. Like it or not, surgery has changed many of our caloric needs and we need to now work with our new anatomy. For many, that means never going over 1000 calories a day. For life.

Apparently my reading comprehension is off. You asked a question and everyone offered good suggestions/options to you. Who attacked you? I would be thrilled to get the responses you got. What sort of answers to your question were you looking for???

End of story.

Calling names is not nice.

I am answering your post. You posted on a public forum.

I eat 850 to 950 TO MAINTAIN. I am answering honestly as someone who has LOST all their weight and is maintaining it. I have also given birth.

You are eating too much.

Calling me names and throwing a tantrum doesn't change that.
