Well beginning the OPTIFAST stage...countdown.

Had 'the girls' over tonight for a bbq....no one brought dessert Anyhow, starting the Optifast...again, tomorrow bright and early.....funny right now I am more nervous and scared than I was last time not sure why but I am. 14 days and counting.....everyone at work wanted to put one of those inflatable rubber tires around me (the kind they use for tubing) so that if I trip or something, I will bounce right back up! Here to believing that the worst is past and I am on my way on a positive road.. Having said that optifast isn't getting any better tasting that is for sure! Congratulations for restarting this journey. Take it one day at a time. I have been on Optifast for 8 months now (last 5 months 2 shakes a day) and they do eventually start to taste better. I acually consider them my treat for the day. All the best

The tubing sounds like a good idea!!! LOL Don't want you breaking anything else now! I'll be hoping your Optifasting goes quickly. Blech! Hehehe.

IMO, it's vile! LOL I tried one from a friend and boy oh boy, that stuff went down the drain fast! LOL
