Ok, I knew it was bound to happen.... It had been quite a few hours since I had eaten. I got home, made myself something to eat really quick, and ate it..... really quick..... I didn't realize how fast I was eating until I realized when I started it was 5:45, and when I finished, it was only like 5:55. Now mind you, i'm only 4 weeks out, so i had a pureed meatball. just one... well... I feel awful. My stomache hurts so bad, and i feel so nauseous, that i was actually contemplating making myself sick to make the nausea go away.... i know... it's a terrible thing to think, but i feel that bad. I just made some pepermint tea... hopefully that will calm my stomache a bit. Keep your fingers crossed....

Mary, Chalk it up to a learning experience. We all have them, in many different ways, and we just have to remember to take something from everything we experience along the way. Next time, I'm sure that you'll remember to take it slow. Good luck, Mike

Yep, that's what eating too fast does. It happens to me each time I've done it or not chewed good enough. The first time I did it and spit up the foamies, I thought, well now I feel part of the gang. Everyone talked about it so I got to experience it. We really have to remember not to ru**** is difficult but eveytime I eat I think about what will happen if I go to fast. Feel better. Arlene

Welcome to the club! I am the queen of not thinking and eating too fast. At 8 months out I still eat too fast more often than I should at this point. I hope you feel better...it's NOT pleasant. HG

Mary, join the club!! LOL! We've all done it. I still do it every once in awhile if I'm not paying attention. It's not pleasant but it does pass. Hope you're doing better now!! Heather

Hey Mary, There's no speeding on journey road. A warning is uncomfortable but a ticket... really hurts. You're good and you'll recover and you'll stay under 55. DB
