Mike, This is my first post, I had surgery with Dr. Marymor this April 3rd. I think your wow moment is wonderful. It's interesting how as our bodies change our minds and self perceptions are still stuck back at a heavier number and body shape. Since you said this past month has been kind of tough, I hope this wow moment has lifted you out of your rut. Congrats on all your hard work.    Chris
